Do you have all the Flexisander tools for filling, sanding, and inspecting curved surfaces in stock?

Except when we are processing multiple large orders at one time, we keep a sufficient number of all tools in stock. Since production is continuous, inventories are always replenished within a few working days.

Where do you ship Flexisander tools to?

We distribute the tools worldwide, without any limitations. For example, to practically all European countries, the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, etc.

How are Flexisander products shipped?

Transportation is provided globally by UPS (the American multinational package delivery and supply chain management company). They are responsible, and their services are affordable. Our customers are kept informed about the current status of an order, its location, and the estimated delivery term.

How long does it take to transport Flexisander tools to different destinations?

Air transport itself is very fast, and transporting goods to the other side of the world in a matter of days is not a major technical or financial problem. Generally, the delivery time depends especially on how quickly customs process the paperwork (for non-EU countries).

Indicative time of delivery within Europe is about 2-3 days.

Indicative time of delivery to a non-EU country with a fast customs procedure is about 3-7 days.

How much does it cost to ship Flexisander tools?

Generally, shipping within Europe costs up to 5% of the total price of the goods delivered. Shipping to standard destinations outside Europe usually costs about 10% of the price of the goods delivered. As for sets of goods that are created individually, shipping is always precisely calculated for every individual shipment.

Can I make my own shipment arrangements?

Of course. We will prepare the goods for you in the usual way and provide the necessary assistance to the shipper of your choice.

There is a range of different tool sets on your website. If none of them are exactly what I am looking for, what should I do?

This is common. Our customers have a very specific job and they need a specific set of tools to do it. You simply create your own Flexisander set. If you need help with choosing the right tools, please send us photos of your specific project(s) and we will suggest the ideal, flexible solution.

Which abrasive material do you recommend for the sanding tools you offer?

Classification according to the type of the sanding tool.

Tools for manual sanding

FSB 042071, the smallest tool for manual sanding – you will need individual 420x70 mm (16.5x2.75 inches) sanding sheets, or 70 mm (2.75 inches) wide sanding rolls.

FSB 056111, FSB 084112, FSB 112112, FSB 196113 – for these manual sanding tools, you will need 115 mm (4.5 inches) wide sanding rolls.

Tools for manual sanding with dust extraction

FSB 056111 DE, FSB 084112 DE, FSB 112112 DE – for these manual sanding tools, intended for manual sanding with dust extraction, you will need 115 mm (4.5 inches) wide sanding grid rolls (e.g. Abranet from MIRKA or Sianet from SIA)

Electric and pneumatic sanders

FS 42070 E, FS 42070 A – for these electric and pneumatic sanders with dust extraction, you will need individual sanding sheets, dimensions 420x70 mm (16.5x2.75 inches). In the case of sanding paper, it must have 14 standard holes for dust extraction. Sanding grids are also commonly used (e.g. Abranet from MIRKA or Sianet from SIA).

What are the accepted payment methods?

If you are sure about your order, you can pay directly in the on-line order system on www.flexisander.com according to the options provided, i.e. card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you are not sure about your order and need our help to finalize a tailor-made solution, we will send you a proforma invoice for the tool set of your choice. A manual is only included for the FS 42070 E and FS 42070 A electric and pneumatic sanders. Working with manual tools is intuitive and natural. Videos on how to use our tools in different conditions can be found on our YouTube channel Flexisander or our website.

I repair boats and I use the standard range of tools. Which Flexisander set would you recommend me?
